We understand plans change. Here's what to expect if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking — we aim to be flexible while still fair to our team.

Fee tiers
More than 24 hours before your booking
Reschedule or cancel at no charge — just let us know via your account or by phone/email.
Within 24 hours
A late-cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking total applies, to compensate the team and lost slot.
Same day or no-show
If we arrive and cannot access the property, or you cancel on the day, the full booking total is charged.

Bond-back guarantee
Bond-back guarantee applies only to End-of-Lease cleans completed by Missmop. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of completion with photographic evidence and the agent's report.
