• Account integrations — for daily-rental customers, your Hostaway account ID and API key (encrypted at rest), or your Airbnb iCal URL.

• To deliver, schedule and improve cleaning services.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To communicate booking confirmations, reminders and updates.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

• Cleaning team members assigned to your booking.
