Terms of Service

By accessing or using Missmop — Maids and Cleaning Services (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by Missmop.
• The price quoted at booking is the total price; we do not charge surprise fees.
• You must provide accurate property details. Significant changes on the day may incur additional charges.
• Access arrangements must be communicated in advance.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Payment is processed securely online via Stripe at the time of booking.
• Your card details never touch our servers.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in service suspension.

Our bond-back guarantee applies only to End-of-Lease cleans booked through Missmop, where the property has been accurately described. Claims must be lodged within 72 hours of completion with photographic evidence and the agent's report.

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property.
• Disclose pets, hazards, or special instructions in advance.
• Secure valuables before our team arrives.
• Be respectful to our staff at all times.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

When you connect a Hostaway account or Airbnb iCal feed, you authorise Missmop to automatically schedule cleans based on guest checkout times. You may pause or disconnect at any time from your customer dashboard.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
